1. Structure & Working Principle

Double-layer core structure

• Outer layer: Radiation-crosslinked polyolefin, featuring high mechanical strength, good insulation, flame retardancy, UV resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, which provides the main structural protection for cable terminations.
• Inner layer: Hot melt adhesive (EVA or Polyamide PA as the main raw material), with strong adhesion to metals, plastics and rubber materials.
• Pre-sealed end: One end is pre-shrunk and sealed during production, avoiding moisture and impurity intrusion from the end after installation.
